Dizemos que se estranha porquanto os referidos bens moveis foram fornecidos à embargante pela embargada, constando da lista de bens pela mesma publicitados e transacionados, onde se incluem quase na sua plenitude os bens descriminados nas faturas supostamente não pagas pela embargante à embargada.
