Mah, vista la difficoltà di stabilire equivalenze tra le strutture burocratiche, soprattutto quelle russe, e visto il fatto che, in questi casi, al lettore interessa capire vagamente di che si tratta, non di avere una denominazione precisa che il giorno dopo non ricorda piú, io tradurrei abbastanza alla lettera: si capisce, ma si evita di pensare che quest'ufficio abbia competenze del catasto italiano che forse non ha. puo' essere l'Ufficio del Registro Explanation: Registratsii chego? Se si occupa soprattutto delle questioni di proprietà e tassabilità degli immobili è l'ufficio del registro. O la conservatoria immobiliare. Insomma, data la varietà di registrazioni sia in Russia sia in Italia, credo che sia meglio ampliare il concetto e fornire una spiegazione anziche' la traduzione esatta |
