J'ai la phrase suivante dans le contrat que je suis en train de traduire de l'espagnol au français (FR):
"Cada una de las ​​PARTES ​​indemnizará y sacará en paz y a salvo a la otra ​​PARTE"

S'agissant de la portion indiquée qui me prend la tête, j'ai l'impression qu'il s'agit d'une tournure idiomatique (que je rencontre pour la première fois donc) et j'ai du mal à en trouver une traduction fiable ou une adaptation plausible ; en gros, je sèche. ¡Échenme una mano, porfis!
