disagree  Frederic Pisvin: "...de la peine"? non, la "peine" est liée à la condamnation au PÉNAL (d'où la PEINE). La procédure exécutoire est liée à l'exécution, par exemple d'une décision judicaire ou administrative. "le débiteur s'est vu saisir sa maison par procédure exécutoire"
