neutral  Christopher Schröder: Efficient, not impoverished. Plain English would prefer a verb to adding unnecessary words, i.e. divert.

  -> 1. the late Prof. Gunilla A. *in lesson 1* at UniS explained Swedish loan-words, like pommes frites, by impoverishment 2. often a 'plain' = pidgin-English verb won't do the trick. A qualifier is needed, like process or stucture// 3. then post 'decoupling'
