Translation - English To be specific, after World War II, Japan's trade power strategy refers to realizing the national prosperity through trade means, thus, to establish a new version of "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Circle" in the Asia-Pacific region. Overall, it has gone through two development stages. From the first stage of 1950’s, Japan firstly seized the great opportunity in the Cold War pattern when United States wanted to foster it as the “bridgehead” in Northeast Asia against Soviet Union. Japan actively cooperated with US in democratization reform as well as established a market economy system, formulated industrial development plans with export-orientation as the economic growth point, and rapidly realized economic take-off. After two oil crises in 1970's, Japan welcomed its second stage of economic development. At this stage, Japan, which had completed production modernization, was deeply aware of the negative impact on the further development of its economy from lack of domestic resources. Thus, Japan changed its economic growth mode to mainly depending on knowledge-intensive technology products' research and development.
Abroad, while the appreciation of Japanese Yen inhibited exports of its products, it also brought about superficial positive impact which eventually led to Japan's "overreach of its financial empire". The appreciation of JPY although firstly hit the export sector, objectively it provided motivation to the upgrade of the export sector, at the same time increased Japan's import capacity. Secondly, it brought opportunities to develop its tertiary sector to improve its economic structure. Finally, it increased overseas investment by enterprises. However, the benefits from the JPY appreciation had over-inflated Japanese self-confidence, especially the major companies and individuals who felt their financial resources are significantly better than those in the US, had heavily invested in the US. Given the Japanese political power could be enhanced through financial expansion, the government strongly supported overseas mergers and acquisitions by many consortia and was happy to see Japanese people investing in overseas assets. Mitsubishi purchased the US national symbol Rockefeller Center at $1.4 billion; Sony bought the US entertainment giant, one of the US cultural symbols, Columbia Pictures at $3.4 billion.

If you’re thinking of rehoming a cat, don’t automatically opt for the usual cute, fluffy kitten. Although we all love these tiny bundles of fun, there are so many benefits to adopting an older cat that many have never considered. A more senior cat may very well be a better fit for a busy lifestyle and will come home with an established, unique personality already fully formed.
Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down. Notice how you are feeling right now...physically and mentally.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, and release the breath through your mouth.
Take another breath, and allow your breathing to relax you as you exhale fully.
Breathe in gently... and as you breathe out, let the air carry the tension out of your body.
Continue to breathe slowly and gently as you begin to focus on relaxing your body.
Notice where your body is tense. Focus your attention on one of these areas. As you breathe, picture that part of your body becoming slightly more relaxed than it was before. With each breath, that part of your body becomes a little more relaxed.

Just a heads-up – This pepper is NOT for the faint of heart! The Carolina Reaper chile pepper which was developed in South Carolina by Ed Currie received its first Scoville rating of 1,474,000 units, eventually earning it a place in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2013.This chile pepper has a wrinkled appearance and a sweet, fruity taste with hints of cinnamon and chocolate, in addition to intense heat, which in turn comes from the amount of capsaicin present in it. Chile peppers contain high amounts of vitamin C, almost twice that of citrus. The red Carolina Reaper also contains beta-carotene, as well as antioxidants in the form of bioflavonoids. As a matter of fact, antioxidants can protect against the cell damage that free radicals cause, known as oxidative stress.
Tea
Originated in Southwest China, tea is the most widely consumed drink in the world and is commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is worth noting that the term ‘herbal tea’ refers to drinks not made from this shrub, but rather by infusing fruit, leaves, or other parts of the plant, such as steeps of rosehip or chamomile. In addition, tea – this amazingly aromatic beverage - may be consumed early in the day to heighten calm alertness, as it contains L-theanine, theophylline, and bound caffeine. In fact, the benefits of tea go far beyond refreshment, as there is plenty of research showing that drinking it can actually improve your health. At the very least, it’s a flavorful way of getting enough fluid into your body each day. On top of that, studies have shown teas can help protect your teeth and your heart, as well as possibly even helping to stave off cancer. But wait, there’s more! Tea may help with weight loss and may also help protect your bones and boost your immune system.
