Source text - English 7.4 Aquatic toys (see 4.18 and A.23)
Aquatic toys and their packaging shall carry the following warning:
"Warning. Only to be used in water in which the child is within its depth and under adult supervision."
The warning on the toy shall be visible, indelible and in colour which contrasts with the body of the toy. The height of letters shall be 3 mm or more and the marking on inflatable aquatic toy shall be 100 mm or less from one of the air inflation inlets.
No advertising copy or graphics shall state or imply that child will be safe with such a toy if left unsupervised.

Na vodenim igračkama i njihovoj ambalaži naći će se sljedeće upozorenje:
“Upozorenje. Namijenjeno samo za korištenje u vodi u kojoj je dijete na njemu odgovarajućoj dubini i pod nadzorom odraslih.”
Upozorenje na igrački mora biti vidljivo, neizbrisivo i u boji koja je u kontrastu sa bojom igračke. Visina slova mora biti 3 mm ili više i oznaka na vodenoj igrački na napuhavanje mora biti udaljena 100mm ili manje od jednog od zračnih ventila za napuhavanje.
Nikakve reklame ili slike ne smiju prikazati da će dijete biti sigurno sa takvom igračkom ako je ostavljeno bez nadzora odraslih.
