Some proposals to Send to TM function
Add
Do not Send section with following flags
1. Segments with no text (numbers, etc)
2. Segments with source=translation
3. Segments with empty translation
4. Unconfirmed (untranslated, machine translated etc)

Fall-down list in Find-Replace dialogs does not remember searched words

Searched words are remembered if you close the dialog with ESC. But if you close it with the X, then the list is empty.

There is a already a checkbox for machine translated segments.
For 1., 2. and 3. I select them with SQL filters and mark as "Do not send" (Ctrl+Shift+D)
1. Source NOT LIKE "*[a-z]*"
2. Source = Target_XXXX
3. LEN(Target_XXXX) = 0
