Translation projects are like humanitarian aid packages. They should be given directly to translators/interpreters of underdeveloping/developing countries to improve their living conditions. Unfortunately, these agencies allegedly attempt to maximize their resources while minimizing costs, including time expenditure. This means utilizing a single source for translations into multiple languages, rather than trying to find individual in-country language service providers for less common languages.
