Assuming it's mât and not mat (which might be short for 'matériel', except that then it wouldn't be followed by 'and its equipment').

agree Mohamed Mehenoun : yes that's the exact term mat=mast ...I was on training with ericsson this morning regarding ...radios and masts :d ...That's the english term ...

telecommunications mast

Just as a variant; even though 'telecoms' is very much the buzzword in other fields, the full, long version is still often used for thing like masts, etc.

agree Jennifer Levey : Well, yes, but as the French text 'mat télécoms' is already in 'buzzword' form, it seems logical to retain the style (or lack thereof) in the translation.
