fluid in the lungs
"Pleural fluid" is the medical term (Linh is correct).
Normal people (non-doctors) will know it as "fluid in the lungs".

Pleural Effusion

Vietnamese term (edited):
dịch màng phổi (-)
Pleural Fluid (-)
This is how it is presented on ultrasound reports in Australia. In this case "pleural fluid' is the correct medical term ... but the ultrasound technician and the doctor will say "fluid on the lungs" when they explain it to the patient.
