Discussion

SelecTra Mar 5, 2010:
wfarkas (X) Mar 4, 2010:
To: Selec Tra re: Option agreement Unless you are privy to the entire agreement in the subject context, you should be very careful with using the "Disagree" notation. As far as I am concerned, a "Disagree" assessment from a colleague for a solution I propose, means mistranslation.
I my humble opinion, it is extremely unprofessional attacking others based upon simple beliefs, rather than facts, and all this hiding behind a trade name and without proposing your own solution ("...glaube nicht, dass es sich hier um das gleiche handelt...)
Wolfgang Dallasera (asker) Mar 1, 2010:

Actually, since the agreement covers Ausübung von Rechten und Pflichten, it should be: agreement on the exercise of rights and duties

agree SelecTra : würde aber "... and on the performance of obligations" sagen, denn von beiden ist die Rede

performance agreement

Unfortunately, there is not enough context. Neither 'Ausuebung' nor 'Vereinbarung' are in any way particularly related to medicines / food supplements.

So this is more an educated guess than a confident answer.

Thx, maybe the context I just posted can shed some light on things....
