I just saw the last sentence mentioning that the subject was “solution for hair”.

galénique = adj. Qui se rapport à la doctrine de Galien (médicin grec du IIème siècle après J.C.).
Se dit des remèdes constitutes à partir de substances végétales, et non de substances minerals ou chimiques pures
galenical = Of, relating to, or being a drug or agent made up chiefly of herbal or vegetable matter.
Galen = A generic name for an apothecary. Galenists prefer drugs (called Galenical medicines), Paracelsians use mineral medicimes.

"Person skilled in the art" is often used in patents.

"Epoxides of Formula II are known in the literature or may be conveniently prepared by a variety of methods familiar to those skilled in the art."

If the document is not in the legal or patent field, "familiar to the skilled person" would be another suggestion
