land zoned as urban or urbanizable Explanation: "Urbanizable" may not be the most common way to express this (it gives 386 Google hits set to English pages only), but it works well coming so soon after "urban". If translating into Br. Eng. it should be -sable, of course. |

It's quite complicated and there is a lot of controversy about it as it means that almost any land that doesn't have a slope of (I can't remember how much) can be built on or urbanised.
