"L hlezno v SD, která je pevná, drží, netlačí, palp. citlivost, akrum bez NV def"

I have: "Left spleen within SD, is firm, holds in place, does not press, palp. sensitivity, acrum without def. NV" (SD being 'standard deviation')

Cannot find any reference to 'acrum'.
NV may be 'neovascularisation'.
'def' probably 'defined'
Explanations welcome.

My suggestion:
Left talus (ankle bone) in cast (SD nevím, předpokládám že je to sádrový nebo jiný obvaz, příp. dlaha?) which is firm, holds well, does not compress, sensitive on palpation, toes without neurovascular deficits.

My suggestion:
Left talus (ankle bone) in cast (SD nevím, předpokládám že je to sádrový nebo jiný obvaz, příp. dlaha?) which is firm, holds well, does not compress, sensitive on palpation, toes without neurovascular deficits.

neutral  Jiri Lonsky: Further to "talus": Czech orthopaedists commonly use "hlezno" to refer to the ankle joint (hlezenní kloub). It makes more sense to speak of a joint being in a cast, rather than a specific bone.
