flexi-rate 'crunch' loan Explanation: I'm unsure a short-term, 'snap' cash loan or an elastic line of credit (with quick access to cash) in the USA and Canada is the same as a variable-vs. fixed rate loan. Also different from an 'all monies' arrangement, namely one catching all borrowings from the same lender. Example sentence(s):
