Danish term or phrase: aftage sit forbrug
Hi - I'm obsessing over what aftage is specifically referring to here. Is it in general "obtaining heat/water", how to go about purchasing it (taking out an account) or payment terms or perhaps when they can be used/limits, etc? This appears in the utility section of a commercial lease agreement as follows:

Lejer er pligtig at aftage hele sit forbrug af varme og vand efter udlejers anvisning herom.

to source the latter's entire metered consumption
Explanation:
Lejer er pligtig at aftage hele sit forbrug af varme og vand efter udlejers anvisning herom -> the Lessee /(shorter-term) Tenant is under a duty ('covenants*) to source (take in or off) his, her or its (commercial lease - corporate?) entire *metered* consumption of heating and water, as directed by the Lessor / Landlord - (corporate -> Landlords) to that effect / end (UK lease/ letting agreement: 'in' that behalf!).

Pending Dairmuid K's posting of his own Danish answer, that is my reading, predicated on the Danish metering system that I cannot recall from the rest of Scandinavia.

Methinks it would make better sense to preface the ST /*source* text with 'hele'.

A commercial lease routinely suggests a corporate, rather than a private indvidual, unless a sole (AmE) proprietor - proprietress vs. (BrE) sole trader.
