Si parla del divieto imposto all'Appaltatore di coprire parti dell'impianto prima dell'esecuzione dei collaudo o delle ispezioni previsti dal contratto.

Contesto:
"If any parts of the Facilities or foundations have been covered up at the Site after compliance with the requirement of GCC Sub-Clause 23.10 and ARE FOUND TO BE EXECUTED in accordance with the Contract, the expenses of uncovering, making openings in or through, reinstating, and making good the same shall be borne by the Employer, and the Time for Completion shall be reasonably adjusted to the extent that the Contractor has thereby been delayed or impeded in the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract."

Ho capito che se le parti in questione vengono coperte dopo che è stata riscontrata la conformità con la menzionata sottoclausola del contratto, poi l'Appaltatore dovrà renderle di nuovo visibili a spese del committente ma non riesco a tradurre "are found to be executed", mi sembra quasi che manchi un termine (mi aspettavo di trovare TEST OR INSPECTION prima di ARE FOUND). Voi cosa ne pensate?
