Temo che non ci sia una denominazione specifica Si tratta di "ToS" (Terms of Service), in cui "broad license" è una formula spesso ricorrente (e volutamente indefinita, aggiungerei!);
viene spesso usata anche la "worldwide license", come "licenza mondiale", dalle maggiori piattaforme.
Temo che la traduzione sia da lasciare così, poco definita, perché è il motivo stesso per cui viene usata.

Ho trovato la versione in francese in cui si parla di "licence générale", potrebbe essere "licenza d'uso generale"?
