Baska bir cevirmen tarafindan yapilmis Hizmet sozlesmesi cevirisini redakte etmekteyim. Cevirmen her ikisi icin Müşteri terimini kullanmis ki, bence dogru degil. Asagidaki aciklamadan anladigim kadariyle, CUSTOMER Yükleniciye (CONTRACTOR) siparis veren otel/konut ve s. girisimci veya tuzel kisi. Bu baglamda, CUSTOMER yerine İş sahibi veya Sipariş Veren denebilir mi?

Client icin Müşteri terimini kullanacagim.

The term CUSTOMER stands for a legal entity or private entrepreneur duly registered under applicable law that initiated execution of the Agreement in the manner provided by this Agreement and, thus, became the CUSTOMER of services provided by the CONTRACTOR as defined in the Agreement.

The term Client stands for an individual or a legal entity that made a booking or rental (hereinafter, “booking”) through TravelLine Booking Engine on the CUSTOMER’s website or Online Distribution Channels. This Agreement’s jurisdiction does not apply to the following: 1) Accommodation Facility providing services and giving accommodation to the CUSTOMER’s Clients; 2) Property’s temporary possession or use for accommodation; 3) Online Distribution Channels’ providing services to Clients.
