Come dicevo nella nota della discussione, il termine "ferme" non è un refuso, e si scrive proprio così, con la "e" finale non accentata, in quanto ha il significato di "definitivo" in campo commerciale. Ecco la definizione del dizionario "Boch", accezione n. 7 di "Ferme" come aggettivo:

Ferme: 7 (comm.) definitivo: achat, vente ferme, acquisto definitivo, vendita definitiva"
