Savings sight current pledge Explanation: Καταθέσεων = deposits Called a ‘savings account’ in English https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/savingsaccount.asp Όψεως = sight account https://www.lse.co.uk/share-prices/finance-glossary/s/sight-... Τρέχων = current account https://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/curre... Ενέχυρο = pledge account https://www.contractscounsel.com/t/us/pledge-account#:~:text... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 hrs (2023-03-21 06:17:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Firstly, ‘τρεχ.’ In your question line stands for ‘τρεχούμενος’ and not ‘τρέχων’. ‘Λογαριασμός καταθέσεων’ is also a ‘deposit account’, but since the term ‘deposit account’ can also be used for other types of account, including ‘current accounts’, many people prefer to call ‘deposit accounts’ ‘savings accounts’, because most types of ‘deposit accounts’ earn interest, whereas ‘current accounts’ do not. Also, as your question line includes ‘τρεχ’ short for ‘τρεχούμενος λογαριασμός’ (current account) separately, I felt it was better to ‘translate ‘λογαριασμός καταθέσεων’ as ‘savings account’ in this particular case. However, since all Greek banks appear to call ‘λογαριασμοί καταθέσεων’ ‘deposit accounts’ it would probably be safer for you to do so, too. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deposit_account#:~:text=A depo... https://www.hellenicbank.com/portalserver/hb-en-portal/en/pe... https://www.alpha.gr/en/retail/deposits/deposit-accounts https://www.nbg.gr/en/individuals/savings-investments/invest... https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/deposit-... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 14 hrs (2023-03-22 08:14:12 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Alternative answer If I had misunderstood your question and the line describes one single title consisting of two words, a dash (hyphen), and then another two words, then my answer would be: See: https://www.google.com/search?q="Sight account deposits"&oq=... And https://www.google.com/search?q="Current pledge account"&ei=... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 14 hrs (2023-03-22 08:24:41 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, my previous note should have read: If I had misunderstood your question and the line describes one single title consisting of two words, a dash (hyphen), and then another two words, then my answer would be: Sight account deposit(s) - Current pledge account See: https://www.google.com/search?q="Sight account deposits"&oq=... And https://www.google.com/search?q="Current pledge account"&ei=... |
