I hold a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, with a concentration in Hispanic Studies. I have taken several other courses in Computer Science and English, the latter nearly enough to have a second degree. I study a great number of topics in my spare time, so I am quite well-versed in numerous topics. But, as ever, I still have much to learn, and that is why I constantly strive for improvement.
I am currently pursuing my Master's of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) in Finance. I have held interest in Finance for a long time, particularly after having done so many financial/business-related translations, so this is the next natural step for my education.
Accuracy of translations is paramount for me. I have suffered through many poor sources (either in the source or via proofreading another translator's work), so I know full well the value of doing good work. Although I can deliver a large volume of work in a short time, I always take care to ensure that the translation is spot-on and does not waver in the least from the source, save for some poetic license when necessary.
Thank you for your time in reading this, and I hope to work with you in the future. I am always available for consultation, so please drop me a line (txt, e-mail, IM, call, etc.) whenever you should wish to utilize my services! |
