Hi fellow translators,

I am, not for the first time, stuck on a translation with tons of fitness exercise names that have a very specific meaning, and I haven't found any reliable resource for these terms yet.

Examples:

Split stance with bilateral push
Mid rotations
Reverse bridge hip raise
Static squat

Thanks Jul 3, 2012

Thanks a lot to both of you!

By cross-referencing all these sources I should be able to find what I need. They also helped me to the insight that when in doubt using the English or a slightly Denglish term will likely be understood...

Thanks again,
Nico
