Microsoft Word 2010 spellchecker doesn't spot grammatical errors in Romanian

I spellcheck translations into all languages as part of my duties as a translation project manager. I've noticed that the Romanian spell check/grammar check in Microsoft Word 2010 is unreliable when it comes to identifying missing diacritics. For example, it did not flag up as grammatical errors "...in ceea ce privește..." or "Va invitam sa...". Does anyone know a more reliable tool?
