csv conversion: how it ended Jan 20, 2016

The agency has told me that the .csv format caused big problems all round with this large project. Unfortunately they launched a second translation without contacting me first and so my efforts to mitigate the problem could not be attempted. No further demands have been made regarding return of payment for my work.

A case of live and learn for all involved parties.

Thank you for updating us Jennifer. I suspect that you were far from being the only person on this project who struggled - probably most of the people involved had no idea how to handle CSV. A bad choice, which really comes down to bad project management by the agency and/or the end client.

Stress aside, the outcome could have been worse!
