I need to find the invoice declaring my membership to Proz, where can I find it?

You can request a new copy through the support system Apr 23, 2013

Hello Silvia,

If you can't find an invoice for a payment, you can always submit a support request to request a new one. I have now sent you the invoice by email directly. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Appena effettuato il rinnovo/pagamento, ProZ.com ti manda una email con il seguente testo:

Dear xxx,

Your payment has been received for invoice xxx dated Apr 17, 2013.

To track the status of this invoice online, click here: (link alla fattura, che puoi scaricare e stampare).

You should also be able to see all of your ProZ invoices under Tools > Invoicing > Payable
