I have a fresh installed Transit on Win 8.1 64-bit.

Is my observation correct that Transit NXT SP 7 (fix 8) runs in 32-bit mode only?

I have the following SQL Servers installed (perhaps from memoQ or Studio, perhaps from Transit itself):

I need the user name and password to make a connection:

Where to find it?

Will the SQL DB be 64-bit or 32-bit?

Not really sure Apr 21, 2014

Not really sure, but I think you should manage your servers etc. via sql management studio.

Try trusted connection Apr 22, 2014

If MSSQL is installed on the same PC, try the "trusted connection" option. This one does not require user name/password as you are already known by your PC.

By the way: AFAIK MSSQL support is an optional Transit feature. Do you have a Transit version and licence that enables MSSQL support?
