Star Transit PE Registeration Box Open and Close Immediately

Hi,

I installed Star Transit PE in my Windows XP (Traditional Chinese) the first time in the computer. I have never used this software before. After installation was complete, I tried to launch the program the first time, supposedly there should appear a registeration box for user to register name and other information. Interestingly, this box only appeared a second and then disappeared. Because of this, I could never use this tool.

Thank you for reply. I tried to disable Windows firewall to see if Star Transit PE would work, but it still failed. I wonder how you resolved it.
