Hi all, I am reviewing a Will from Dutch to Italian and came across this word which has been translated Clausola di sopravvivenza. I am not able to find this in any Italian notary documents and I was wondering whether it is correct or it should simply be translated according to Dutch: La clausola dei 30 giorni.

De erfgenaam die krachtens de wet of op grond van deze uiterste wil opkomt, verkrijgt de nalatenschap of een aandeel daarin onder de ontbindende voorwaarde dat hij bij de aanvang van de dertigste dag na de dag van mijn overlijden zelf niet meer in leven is.
