A support bubble is a support network which links 2 households. You have to meet certain eligibility rules to form a support bubble. This means not everyone will be able to form a support bubble. Once you’re in a support bubble, you can think of yourself as being in one ‘household’. It means you can have close contact with the other household in your bubble as if they were members of your own household. This means you do not need to maintain social distance with people in your support bubble.

Treffen mit Personen, die nicht zum eigenen Haushalt oder zu einer bestehenden Unterstützungsgemeinschaft („support bubble“) gehören, sind bis auf wenige Ausnahmen grundsätzlich verboten. Diese Regelung gilt drinnen wie draußen. Alle Schulen, Universitäten und nicht essentiellen Geschäfte sind geschlossen. Reisen im In- und Ausland sind untersagt, es sei denn, es liegen rechtliche Gründe vor. Das Haus ohne rechtlichen Grund zu verlassen ist strafbewehrt (200 GBP, im Wiederholungsfall Verdopplung bis 6.400 GBP)

Collins https://www.collinsdictionary.com/submission/22456/support b... beschreibt auch das Wort als Wortneuschöpfung.

Ich würde also "Support Bubble" nehmen und Unterstützungsgemeinschaft in Klammern. Gefunden habe ich auch "Stützblase", aber das hat sich nicht durchgesetzt.
