Németül biztosan Übernahmeprotokoll. Erre http://dict.leo.org a fentieket adja. Namármost ez ugye olyan mint az adásvételi szerzödés, ami angolul "sales contract", tehát nincs benne az "adás meg vétel" mint magyarul. Ugyanez a helyzet ezzel is, nem kell az "átadást meg átvételt" is lefordítani. Egyébént 'handover certificate' ha ingóságról van szó, vagy 'completion certificate' nagyobb projectek esetén.

takeover protocol

it is protokol, since "jegyzőkonyv" is something, which is signed by both parties, and certificate and allies not

takeover is, because handover does not mean it is taken over, only handed over

in english terms it is the final commissioning protocol (if it is an industrial plant which is now finished) and a submission note, if it is a legal thing, like some goods, from which the property is overhanded
