Natalie Shahova is a Moscow-based translator and translation agency manager. In this
talk, given in English and for which no knowledge of Russian is required, she will
discuss three of her most challenging projects: translations of Lynne Truss’s Eats,
Shoots and Leaves (included on the short list of the Unicorn and Lion award for the
best Russian translation of British literature), Bill Gates’s Business @ The Speed Of
Thought and Linus Torvald’s Just for Fun.

Time: 2-4 pm, 25 May 2013
