I must be really dumb. Why use a grand total of TWO functions when you can nest them into one?

1. Add column (A) to list and add numeration (to restore original order)
2, Sort list by colums with segments (B)
3. In the next column (C) in 2 row (C2 cell) (A - numeration, B - segments) add formula "=OR(B2=B1;B2=B3)". Replicate formula to row. (using small square in a bottom right corner of the cell)
4. Copy C column and paste as values
5. Sort list by C column and remove all TRUE.
6. Sort list by A column
7. Remove A column

Simply "Remove Duplicates" Mar 22, 2021

You are right, Samuel.

Excel offers a simple solution:

In "Data" you can click on "Remove duplicates", choose the column(s), click on "OK".

Not really. Samuel wants to end up with:
Two
Four

What you get is quite different.

Reading vs. Translating... Mar 22, 2021

Of course. When translating or proofreading etc. I am more than meticulous. In this case I should have looked twice...

Maybe use a Pivot table as a starting point? There all terms/phrases can be listed, including the number of their occurrence.
