The Consortium of Louis Berger, France I ILF Beretende lng ZT GmbH, Austria led by Louis Berger has been selected as a Consultant for the Project of Water and Sanitation in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina "WATSAN FBiH" and it started inception phase of the work on February 2014.
The Consultant supports the Project Management Units (PMU) and Project Implementation Teams (PITs) undertaking the following activities: Quality assurance of Tender Documents, the Supervision of Works for the project schemes in the Municipalities included under the Finance Contract with EIB and with Technical Assistance for the project components, when requested. My duties in shortest have been:
o Liaison between and support to the Project Office, Relevant FBiH Ministry and Project Management Unit, Municipalities and Project Implementation Teams, RO Office and the Field Engineers;

The Advisory unit was the unit that had the task to close the work of all EUPM Units including the Strategic Advisory Unit. The Strategic Advisory Unite was the centerpiece of EUPM’s mandate to fight organised crime and improve Criminal Justice System in BiH extending the activities of Anti-Organised Crime Department. My main duties were:
o Coordinate the activities between the Chief, HQ Units and the Field teams, keep the track of all their work and ensure a smooth operation of the office being in constant contact with finance, logistic, MTO and other services in EUPM
o Perform all secretarial and administrative support functions for my supervisors
o Liaison with Ministries on state and entities’ level, police bodies as well as with different civil associations and other organisations
o Plan and organise all aspects of events (meetings, seminars, workshops, training, conferences…)
o Interpret and translate from Local/English and vice versa for the supervisor and other officers in the Unit.
