In the airline industry, deserving employees get a "Bravo Zulu", a kind of recognition of their efforts.
It is just a thought, but wouldn't it be possible to introduce a BZ-system in the Blue-Board, so that clients mentioned there can be selected on these BZ, meaning that they have obtained a continuous series of 5.
Or introduce a filter like in Access, so that you can filter out those with 5?

Particularly like the filter system. A better incentive for agencies to strive for best marks.

Hi,
the first thought I had when reading this was "Should proz.com do something so discriminatory?"
Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not against the system of rewarding good agencies with some special mark - far from that - but, after all, Zulus are a people and somebody from this people could feel quite uncomfortable with this wording. A (perhaps) controversial slogan being used in other branches is not, IMHO, an excuse for using it oneself. Maybe it would be possible to find another, neutral, label? Why not just Bravo?

Bravo Zulu comes from the NATO phonetic alphabet
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NATO_phonetic_alphabet
and is universally used in aviation. Pilots use it to communicate with the control tower.
Hence, Bravo Zulu (I know that the Zulu are a people in South-Africa).
