It does not say "Translation of a small manual". It says "application with manual"!!!
Honestly, in 18 years, I have never seen such a "small" manual!
imho, this is offensive.

I still do not completely understand your point. I do not believe that such an offer is beleidigend, anstößig, anstoß- od. Ärgernis erregend, widerwärtig, ekelhaft, or übel. I am not offended and I hope they find some good translators to help them. They might be successful and grow, and they might come back. Some did at least in the past and are now contributing some 70% of my guaranteed monthly income.
Three cheers to the small companies !
