I live lone. When I'm with my Brazilian family, we speak Portuguese or a combination of Portuguese and English. | | | Michael Harris Đức Local time: 13:56 Thành viên kể từ 2006 German to English
My wife speaks Hungarian with the children, I speak English with them and my wife anI speak German with each other.
The children are growing up in a German environment but can both speak fluent German, Hungarian and English. My older daughter is going to secondary school soon where she wants to learn French, Spanish and Chinese - looking forward to that! | | |
I live alone and sometimes I do talk to myself (mostly in Portuguese). I never swear out loud unless I'm really angry (really, really angry!) and when I do it’s either in French or in English (it sounds less offensive to my sensitive ears)…
P.S. In my extended family I have several cases of relatives dating/marrying English, Flemish Belgian, French Canadian, Italian, South African and American people. I voted two, thinking English and Danish, although Danish is strongly predominant.
This week we have had the Swedish branch of the family visiting, and I do NOT understand everything the children say... Maybe I should have voted three languages. | | | Connected Tr (X) Vương Quốc Anh Local time: 12:56 Chinese to English + ...

One language represents 90% of the dialogues. A second language is regularly spoken, but not by all, and not regularly. And, if we consider the "local codes", we could have a third language, since no one else will understand them. | | | Michele Fauble Hoa Kỳ Local time: 05:56 Thành viên kể từ 2006 Norwegian to English + ...
