I get this type of English in my source texts all the time. It either means it's automated messages (eg. email software) or perhaps it's about machine translation. It's ambiguous.
It takes a genius to recognize an automated message or what? I don't understand the point of this question.

This question seems to infer that my email comes mostly from potential new clients when it’s not the case as most of the communications I receive for work are from my regulars. I suppose the same happens to most of my peers…

I sometimes get automated messages from my regulars. It would be impossible not to see it is an automated message. I think any mass message from their system (aka whoever replies first gets the job) is an automated message. Or even if manual if it's mass emailed, it's an automated message. There is even a software that can insert your name in the opening line, making it personal, while it's in fact being mass emailed. So everyone emailed will think it's personally addressing them, while it's not... See more
