My email address is linked to my phone, so I get all project notifications, whether I’m home or not. What might cause me some anxiety is the lack of project alerts…

define "project alerts" Jul 3

What are projects alerts? Updates on a current project? Alerts on new projects? Platform alerts of various nature?
I usually get anxious when I'm working on a large project almost full-time like now and new job proposals continue to arrive. Or when no proposals at all arrive.

I could become anxious when I'm checking something. I will not become anxious when I'm not doing something that is stressful. What would be the trigger of my anxiety if I'm NOT checking my project alerts?

Yes, i feel anxious. Basically it starts with job quotation and ends with the delivery.
